The staff, especially Rita & Zakarae, were outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and the Medina. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has a nice design, including a lovely terrace. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fried bread to enjoy. If I come back to this city, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again.
